Live attendance is highly encouraged because of the discussions, coaching, and Q&A. If you can't attend, all Blueprint teaching sessions will be recorded so you can catch up on your own schedule.

Plan on approximately 2–4 hours per week, including live sessions and implementation work between meetings. The more you invest in the experience, the more you'll get out of it.

Blueprint is hosted in Studio, an easy-to-use online platform where you'll access your live sessions, resources, and Blueprint Workbook throughout the program. Studio also allows you to connect with your cohort between sessions, ask questions, celebrate wins, and support one another throughout the journey.

The Blueprint Workbook is your companion throughout the program. It includes guided exercises, templates, checklists, and action plans designed to help you apply what you learn each week—not just take notes. By the end of the program, you'll have a personalized career roadmap you can continue using long after the cohort ends.
