My Journey
My curiosity about other cultures began after seeing an Up With People production in seventh grade. It inspired me to become an exchange student in England, earn a B.A. in international business, and work, study, and travel across Europe. I later moved to Washington, D.C., hoping to work in study abroad, but found my calling with a company creating expert-led educational tours for nonprofits and affinity groups. Since then, I’ve worked across sales, customer service, operations, program management, client and vendor relations, business systems, and enterprise data. I enjoy improving systems, solving problems, and connecting business needs with practical solutions that help organizations deliver meaningful travel experiences.
How I Work
People trust my judgment because I pair thoughtful analysis with reliable follow-through. I’m known for seeing both the details and the bigger picture, spotting issues others may miss, and finding practical solutions to complex challenges. I connect ideas across teams, translate between business and technical needs, and help people move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I care deeply about quality while remaining collaborative and supportive, and I enjoy helping the people around me grow and succeed.
