My Journey

My journey began in the United States, where I founded Take It Outdoors Adventures and built a community around shared outdoor experiences. Running the business gave me hands-on experience in trip design, logistics, safety, partnerships and community building.

After moving to Switzerland in 2016, I worked as a tour guide, introducing international guests to the country’s landscapes, culture and communities. I later joined EF, where I managed around 150 tour directors working across Europe. My responsibilities included scheduling, onboarding, performance support, quality management and emergency response.

What I enjoy most is bringing people together, solving complex operational challenges and helping create safe, well-organized travel experiences that leave a lasting impression.

How I Work

I’m collaborative, reliable and practical. I communicate openly, listen to different perspectives and try to make sure people have the information and support they need. Colleagues tend to value my ability to stay focused and find a way forward, particularly when plans change or unexpected problems arise. I enjoy bringing structure to complex situations, finding workable solutions and helping a team move forward without losing sight of the people involved. I do my best work in environments where there is trust, shared responsibility and room to take initiative.
