My Journey
Travel has been my passion since I was a little girl. Growing up around the industry, I fell in love with how a single trip can change the way you see the world. That love shaped my studies, and over the past five years it has taken me through hospitality, travel agencies, study abroad, and international operations. What I enjoy most is creating incredible experiences for clients, but just as much, building close relationships with our suppliers. They’re the people who are closest to the traveler, and when they feel valued and supported, the magic reaches the client. That’s the kind of work I love.
How I Work
I’m a true team player. I love staying close to my colleagues and working as one team, because I believe the best results come from people who support each other and communicate openly. When a situation needs a quick response, I act fast and take ownership, but I never lose sight of the human side. I think the way we treat people, whether teammates, partners, or clients, matters just as much as the outcome. When plans change, I stay calm, look for solutions, and keep everyone in the loop so we can adapt together.
Career Highlights
✓ Building a new market from scratch. I took on a market that didn’t exist yet for our programs in Costa Rica and built it from the ground up, sourcing partners and local suppliers on the ground. In one week alone, I closed five new partnerships. As a result, we went from zero to an established market with a solid network of partners.
✓ Creating lasting partnerships. I built many new partnerships with institutions and suppliers, with about 95% positive results. By focusing on trust and clear communication, most of those relationships turned into long-term collaborations.
✓ Delivering exceptional client experiences. I managed the partners and suppliers hosting travel groups, making sure every detail ran smoothly on the ground. As a result, we achieved a 98% client satisfaction rate, and travelers left with unforgettable experiences.
